1, guidance

Welding temperature should be avoided when replacing components. Some metal oxide complementary semiconductors (CMOS) are particularly sensitive to static or high voltage and are vulnerable to damage. The damage may be latent, and it will take place for weeks or months. In the disassembly of such components, must be placed on the ground table, grounding the most effective way is that the maintenance personnel wear conductive gloves, do not wear nylon clothes, easy to wear electrostatic clothing.

2, operation

(1) insert the hot blast gun power plug into the power outlet, open the hot blast gun power switch.

(2) placing a strip of paper at the 250px front of the hot air gun nozzle, adjusting the wind speed switch of the hot blast gun, and observing the wind condition of the hot blast gun when the wind speed of the hot blast gun changes from 1 to 8.

(3) placing a strip of 250px at the front of the hot air gun nozzle to adjust the temperature switch of the hot air gun. When the temperature of the hot air gun varies from 1 to 8, the temperature of the hot air gun is observed.

(4) after the practice, the hot blast gun power switch is closed, at this time the hot air gun will continue to jet, and when the jet is finished, the hot air gun power plug will be pulled out.
