Tempering hot air gun

Before using tools, please familiarize yourself with operation methods and safety instructions

Applicable temperature suggestion

Thaw the frozen tube at 50-150 degrees centigrade

At 205-230 degrees, bend the plastic or soften the dry paint or flour

Softening adhesion at 230-290

Softening welding material at 425-455 degrees

Loosen the rusty bolt at 480-510 degrees

Paint can be removed at 520-550 degrees centigrade

Coke begins to change at 550 degrees centigrade

Safety precautions of hot air duct

1. do not use the hot air blower when the hair dryer

2. do not directly expose the hot air to humans or animals

3. do not use flammable or combustible gas

4. do not block or cover the hot air inlet and outlet

5. when the hot air cylinder is used or just used, do not touch the nozzle. The handle of the hot air dryer must be kept dry

6. the hot air cylinder can be completely cooled before storage

7. working hours may cause a lot of dust. Please use safety mask or dust mask

Operation method

Bending and shaping of 1.PVC plastic pipe:

The tool is very light and easy to operate. It can adjust the temperature needed during the operation by the temperature regulating switch. Start by low temperature operation, gradually you want to design the temperature of hot air cylinder attached to the bracket can stand flat or horizontal position vertical (upright), so that you will be setting any material with both hands. Please confirm that the switch control button is closed before pulling the plug out of the socket

2. removal of paint or decoration:

The hot air cylinder is opened and gradually raised to the proper temperature from low temperature

The paint will soften when the hot air flows to the surface to be removed. Do not let the paint burned due to overheating, otherwise it will cause difficult to remove. Wear goggles if the paint is removed beyond the height above the head

3. when scraping the paint, please remove the knife from top to bottom with the knife. If it is blocked, gently heat the air cylinder to soften the surface. When the paint reaches the temperature of the blister, the paint will be cut as wide as the blade of the blade, even the thicker paint can be removed

4. the scraper should be cleaned regularly, and the scraped paint should be removed before being hardened so as to prevent the paint sticking on the blade. If the paint with a shape or side must be scraped, the metal brush can be scraped after the paint is softened

5. make sure that all the treated surfaces are non combustible materials, and that the hot air can not be concentrated on the panel of the window or on the surface of other glass

Maintenance and repair

Do not use turpentine, paint mixture, gasoline or the same substance to clean up

1. when you stop working, please turn the temperature down slowly, blow out all the hot air in the hot air cylinder, then turn off the switch, and vertical down the hot air cylinder on the flat work table

2. when storing the hot air cylinder, please confirm that the hot air cylinder has been completely cooled

3. always clean up the accumulated cargo in the air inlet and keep the air inlet and outlet clean

4. check all extended insulated wires and replace them immediately if damaged. Do not use damaged insulated wires, because if you touch it, you may be hurt by the impact

5. all maintenance shall be carried out through authorized service centers or other qualified service organizations to ensure safety and reliability
